MOAB RUN CLUBMOAB, UTAH
MOAB RUN CLUB

A club is its people.

Our roots, our organizers, and the community that keeps it all going.

The people behind the scenes

Built by runners.
Held together by you.

Our roots go back to Red Rock Runners, founded by Kasey in 2022. The club grew into Moab Run Club, with people contributing runs, design, refreshments, media, and the work behind the scenes.

With thanks to Kasey for founding the original club and helping create this community.

Samm S

The person behind the drinks and refreshments at club meetups.

Morgan O

Manny P

You—the community

The people who show up, welcome a new runner, and bring the club together.

Before you join

Your run. Your responsibility.

We do our best to keep this site current, but schedules, routes, listings, and other information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Always verify the latest details with the club or the person providing the information.

All participants are responsible for themselves in every activity they choose to join. Assess your fitness, experience, health, and the conditions; bring appropriate water, fuel, clothing, lights, and navigation; and make your own decisions about joining, continuing, or turning back. Outdoor activities involve risks, including injury, changing weather, getting lost, and delayed assistance.

Saturday’s no-drop format does not replace personal preparation or guarantee safety. Sunday’s group may spread out; be prepared to navigate and finish independently. If you leave a group run early, let someone in the group know.

Community guidelines & privacy

Keep this a useful, welcoming place

Share accurate information, treat people respectfully, and post only content and photos you have permission to share. No harassment, scams, impersonation, spam, or misleading claims. Disclose business connections when recommending a service. Keep private information about other people out of posts.

Mark gear Sold or Found and update pacing availability when plans change. Use “Report this post” for scams, inappropriate content, or outdated information. Reports go privately to the owner for review; reporting does not automatically remove a post. The owner may decline recommendations or remove posts that don’t fit these guidelines.

What others can see

Approved trail routes, GPX tracks, trail photos, route notes, community posts, display names, listing photos, reviews, race plans, favorites, and contact details you choose to publish are visible to people who can access the site. When the site is public, those posts can be viewed without signing in. Don’t put sensitive information in public posts. Pacers use Instagram, Strava, or email only—no phone numbers.

Waiver records and optional photo choices are accessible to the signer and owner. Optional run check-in records are accessible to that runner and the owner. Volunteer contact details and host/sponsor inquiries are kept out of public listings and are available to the owner. Pending and declined trail submissions and their files are visible only to the submitter and owner. GPX uploads can reveal precise locations; remove private start points or other sensitive details before sharing. Reports and removal requests are private to the owner; if you want a reply, include your email in the request details.

Guest access uses a private cookie in this browser. Save your recovery code to access your waiver and manage posts on another device. Anyone with your code can access those records, so keep it private. Clearing cookies without saving the code removes your access; contact the owner for help. Emails entered on guest forms are not verified. Owner access still uses ChatGPT sign-in. Temporary submission limits use a hashed network address and guest-access identifier to reduce spam. This Week dismissals are saved in this browser’s local storage, do not sync across devices, and can be restored. Instagram, Strava, Venmo, and other external links have their own privacy practices.

Manage or request removal of your information

You can remove your own community posts using their controls. For other information, submit a private request below or contact the club through Instagram. The owner reviews requests manually and may need to retain signed waiver records or other records for legal or operational obligations. A request is not immediate deletion. For photo permission withdrawal or a photo removal request, describe the image and where it appears.

No account is needed. This browser remembers your submissions. Save a private recovery code to use another device or recover access after clearing cookies.

Keep this code private. Anyone with it can view your signed waiver and manage your posts. Email addresses alone cannot recover records.
